Thank you to the over 20 people who responded within 2 days!
No one was aware of a shuttled liner that incorporated an oval umbrella
however many have used liners with small umbrellas for this application.
Responses include:

For Ossur:
For what it's worth, I've recently used the Upper ex from Iceross, which is
the newest addition to your choices; my only
experience, and so far so good;

Have you tried our UE liner, it has a matrix cover and a small umbrella,
you can look at it at www.ossur.com and then under liners. The liner is
designed with a pin lock that is very small so build up height is very low.

The Ossur Upper X has a small distal umbrella, however limited in sizes.

Ossur makes an upper limb silicone liner that may work for you.

Give Ossur a call- Upper X Liner and Lock system has been well-received in
the marketplace- the only issue is the umbrella-it is round, however it is
also size-specific

We at Ossur have a thin walled liner specifically designed for upper limb
application, the ICEROSS Upper-X. It has a full length Matrix and small
distal umbrella.

For Otto Bock:
Otto bock makes a decent liner for arms. The umbrella is relatively small
and has worked for me.

Check with Otto Bock. They have a neat UE liner with a very low profile
shuttle lock which may suit your needs.

Custom Silicone Labs at Otto Bock Health care Canada fabricate custom
silicone liners that are ideally suited for upper extremity amputees.

What about the new TR liners from Otto Bock (fairly cylindrical, small
sizes, but no umbrella from memory) They also use a short conical pin.
