And some more:
For Aegis:
As far as I am aware, there is no commercially-available liner offering an
oval umbrella. The smaller sizes of the Aegis 2mm silicone liner has a very
small umbrella measuring 1 3/16 in diameter. I have used the umbrella and
non-umbrella versions of this liner for upper limb patients quite
effectively. The pre-flexed design is applied to the limb so that the
patella area of the liner is placed over the olecrannon. ROM is quite good
without the need of trimming the liner. The liner is available in lengths of
4, 6, 8 and 10 lengths. Our minimum distal circumference measurement is
14cm. ESP distributes Aegis liners and can be reached @ 888-932-7377.
For ALPS:
I believe Alps easyliners and clear liners, 24 and smaller, have a smaller
umbrella.
For OWW:
Have used small and medium Alpha liners on UE patients. Durable and
contours to residual limb shape quickly for easier donning for your
bilateral patient. Farmers love them.
You may want to consider a smaller umbrella option that we have available on
the Alpha Liners. With the new Alpha Spirit Liners, we now offer our
smaller size distal umbrella on small, medium, and medium plus size liners.
This enables you to better manage amputees with very small distal ends on
their limbs.
For 3-S:
Have you thought of the 3-S.
Try Fillaur liners or have them make custom ones.
For Silipos:
You might look at the new Silipos liners. They came out with one that has a
smaller umbrella.
