Hi.
We have a stroke patient, in a rigid AFO, and we have added a
pediplast toe separator/prop which acts to DF his toes, and
significantly reduces his tone. I works great for him. Problem is that
the pediplast has cracked in several places, we have super glued it
together a few times, but this is getting costly. Any suggestions as
to what we can substitute here? Thought about RTV, but it is too
brittle for his very high tone. I would like to take an impression of
the present device and duplicate it with some other type of silicone or
gel. We also do not want to buy a $500 jug of Otto Bock stuff....the
cheaper the better.
Will post any suggestions....
Thanks
