Dear List, and Mr. Nudelman,
It seems as if this discussion has boiled down to an airing of hard
feelings and dirty laundry that Mr. Neudleman has against the way the
State of Florida is running their business. We are all entitled to our
opinions, and are free to do all the research we want, but there are
appropriate places to air this laundry and express these opinions.
I feel that the first phase of this discussion may have actually raised
some awareness, but it is rapidly declining to an annoying rant that is
not adding any more value to the discussion.
A reminder, this is an INTERNATIONAL forum, and these personal issues
that you have with the inner workings of the State of Florida are not
appropriate to be discussed in this forum. The State of Florida offers
many opportunities for you to express your opinions through the
appropriate channels. It is possible to change a law, amend a law, or
even create a law- but it must be done appropriately. I don't think
that the subscribers of oandp-l can really help you here.
If anyone is interested in continuing this discussion, or hearing any
more of Mr. Nudleman's opinions, please write to him directly and ask
him to place you on his personal mailing list. Any more public
conversation at the current level is not going to be acceptable.
Lastly, pen names in a public forum are not professional. Continued
passionate writing under disguise cannot be tolerated in a public
professional forum. How is one to be taken seriously when they are
embarrassed to reveal their true identity? How can change be made from
in a closet?
Anonymous posters have historically been more trouble than good for this
list, and I will begin to remove them from the subscription list as they
appear or as they post. This is a professional forum that requires
professional responsibilities and actions by its subscribers in order to
continue to be a valuable resource. This means not hiding behind any
masks, or not signing postings.
Thanks for your cooperation, and understanding.
Sincerely,
Paul E. Prusakowski, CPO
