My original question was:

To start with -- Happy New Year to all!

Now my question: I was recently able to download HCFA's fee schedule for
2002,but it did not include fee amounts for the new L-codes. (It did include
theL-codes, but listed zeros next to them.) I am particularly interested in
thefollowing:

       L-0321
       L-0331
       L-0391
       L-0561
       L-0986

Does anyone know when and where these fees will be obtainable?

Thanks.

David

Here are the responses I received. I did re-download the file and the new
information is there. Thanks to those responding.

Mr. Hendricks,

In response to your post on the O&P List Serve, I'd like to provide you with
some information on where to get the DMEPOS fee schedule for 2002.
www.hcfa.gov/stats/pufiles.htm. CMS (formerly HCFA) posted an incomplete fee
schedule (with most of the new L codes for O&P represented with $0) and has
since updated the fee schedule.
I recommend deleting the schedule you have now, and downloading the file
again. It will contain all the allowables for 2002. Please contact me should
you have any questions.

Sincerely

Go back & reload the file from HCFA.

They have added the new codes and fees for 2002, the first version did not
have them.
