Ben try an ASPEN collar..flexible plastic with foam liner very user friendly

The Pneu-Trac from USMC is an iflatable collar. Pt. can inflate it as
much or as little as needed.
Call 800-228-5448 if they are out of stock - try the distributors.

Ben - I had an ALS patient who couldn't support his head and went through the same scenario. He couldn't use a collar as the weight of his skull put pressure in his jaw which was resting on the device. I ended up using a SOMI with the head restraint that wrapped around his forehead. This might work for you.

We carry a collar called the pnue-trac cervical collar that has an
inflatable bladder that you can control the pressure. They come in small
(12-14 1/2), medium (14 1/2-17), Large (17-20). Let me know if we
