ABC Certifees and other interested individuals,
Please watch your mail for the Preliminary Program brochure about the
Academy's Annual Meeting in Orlando, March 20-23, 2002. (We've noticed
that certain parts of the country have been having difficulty receiving
bulk rate mail.)
The meeting is packed with 55 PCE credit opportunities to choose from.
Most practitioners will be able to earn 22-25 PCEs. Our planning
committee has shifted the start times (earlier) such that most days end
by 3 or 4 pm with two evenings open for you to enjoy the abundant local
entertainment and attractions. This is a FAMILY-FRIENDLY schedule, so
bring the family with you!
Information about the meeting will be posted on the Academy's website
next week with links to information about Disney's Coronado Springs
Resort (offering 1996 prices on rooms) and special Park Hopper ® rates
for Academy attendees. You can easily save more than $75 on entrance
tickets to multiple theme parks (and there is a special discount for
entrance after 2 pm).
The meeting is during Disney's 100 Years of Magic celebration honoring
Walt Disney's legacy. If you haven't been there recently you need to
see a video about what's new. We've arranged for Disney to send all ABC
certifees a FREE video that describes the celebration.
Be aware that the DEADLINE FOR ADVANCE TICKET SALES (best deals) & HOTEL
RESERVATIONS IS FEBRUARY 27. Start making plans now.
