Thank you to all of you for your re[lies
AND THE WINNER IS : ULTRAFLEX - from the many answers I received ultraflex was definitely the choice
Other suggestions were Alimed dyna brace, DER4107C pediatric dynamic knee orthosis,
EMPI Advance ROM orthosis, Step lock from OTS.
Another suggestion was that is would be better to use something static and slowly increase the extension because tolerance may be a problem
