Dave,
I have worked with the PMT halo for about ten years and the Bremmer for the
past five.

If comparing the two I would rather wear the Bremmer Airflow II vest. If I
had to fit one on a patient I would rather fit the PMT.

Reason's
Resident's both Ortho and Neuro prefer the ease of donning on patient.
Their first experience with the Bremmer is intimidating. Even the Cheif
residents still prefer to fit a PMT.

The ring of the Bremmer always gets drawn anteriorly when tightening the
skull pins due to the design of the crown. I have spoken to 5 other
practioners and they have experienced the same problem. When I brought
this to the attention to the biomechanics expert of Bremmer he told me this
was the first time he ever heard of the problem.

My humble opinion
