I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Maynard Carkuff for
his support of the California State University Prosthetics and Orthotics
Program during his tenure with Flex Foot. All of the O&P schools and many
other charitable organizations owe a debt of gratitude to Maynard's
corporate citizenry. I will look forward to working with you in any new O&P
endeavor you pursue. Thank you, Scott Hornbeak, CPO, FAAOP

With regards to the experience gained from the merger of Össur hf.,
