I am considering the purchase of a new oven to replace my worthless Martec
oven. Is there any real difference between the convection type and the
infared??? Any recomendations from anyone. My only experience has been with
the Martec and it is awful. Are there ovens available that do not have
hot&cold spots? That maintain consistant temps. and have reduced heat loss
so the lab doesn't get hot? Any advice would be great. Thanks David Blackman
