Hi Irtaza,

Here in Lahore this is a routine type of traumatized fracture dealt in
almost all the orthopaedic units of twenty city hospitals. If Othropaedic
surgeon recommends a polypropylene type bi-valve cast jacket you have to
take a POP cast. If stability is not a problem then hyperextension type
(cruciform) of spinal brace can be recommended.
Casting, molding, fabrication and fitting is not of much problem in any
medium level of hospital in Pakistan.
