It would be my guess that you are using one of the very soft foam covers.
If you were to use one of the higher density foams you would have better
results in elimination of the compression problem. For the squeak problem
there are several things you may do. I assume that you are pulling on at
least two vacuum hose (nylons) prior to fitting the daw skin it not try that
it will allow the skin to move and slide more freely. As for the sandal
problem trim some TOPI and glue it to the bottom of the daw skin on the
foot. The TOPI is harder and will act more natural in the shoe surface.
