Dear List Members,

I am seeking a position as an orthotic fitter/practitioner assistant with a
growing company that has a caring, supportive work environment.

I have 10 years clinical experience as an occupational therapy assistant
working in rehabilitation, acute care, skilled nursing, outpatient and pain
management settings. However, my special area of expertise has been hand
injury and I have been evaluated as having exceptional skill fabricating
custom hand splints and adaptive ADL equipment. For the past 16 months I
have trained as a technician, 7 months in othotics and 9 months in prosthetics. I have also completed a one week course to fit soft goods through Camp which included the mastectomy training as well.

I am a mature, dependable and ethical professional and being able to deliver
quality caring service to patients is important to me. I am creative and
hardworking and willing to relocate for the right position. I am very
interested in growing in this field and would appreciate leads that any of
you may have with regards to employment opportunities.

Thank you and regards,

P. Casey COTA <Email Address Redacted>
