Phantom limb pain

Text:

I recently had a patient, with a hemi-pelvectomy amputation in my office. I
made her prosthesis approximately 1 1/2 years ago. She wore her prosthesis
successfully for months, unfortunately phantom pain became a completely
debilitating occurrence. Life was unbearable. Yesterday she came to me in
which her prosthetic program is reactivated.

This patient had discovered a company/a fabric. This fabric is worn against
the residual limb and with time eliminates their phantom pain. The web site
is www.farabloc.com . The web site indicates Licensed by Health Canada. My
patients experience resulted in significant relief.

I am not endorsing this produce but needless to say I am very interested.
Does anyone have any experience with this company or had patients that have
used this product? All responses will be posted, without names if requested.

Thank You
