Dear John:
Thanks for writing and sharing your thoughts with us. I believe that
you are on the right track. We are currently examining the viability of
single subject courses with a concentration on the delivery of both current
and advanced concepts in Orthotics and prosthetics. These courses will not be
manufacturer based but rather be presented recognized experts in the field.
Keep an eye on the Academy web page for news relating to this. Also, you will
be interested in gait course that we are offering this fall at Northwestern
University. It looks like it will be quite good and focused on just one
subject as you suggest.
