Has anyone treated an bilateral L3 spondylolysis successfully with bracing?
Case study: 15 year old female, no acute trauma, symptoms of pain lumbar region sporadic last 1.5 years. 5'6, 218lbs, thin CT scan shows evidence of affect at L3 level only, doctor has not seen such a case in 7 years of practice and would like some input on bracing.
Any suggestions?
