Thanks to all who responded!
I originally asked for an alternative supplier of the double bump cutting strip supplied by Cascade DAFO, Inc. No one has yet been able to point me to another source. However, I have received several other suggestions. The most pertinent are:
1) Put a parting agent on the tube to keep the fiberglass from sticking to it.
2) Use stockinette over the tube (I am using knee-high nylons).
I also received a few responses suggesting other methods of cast removal. I will not list those here because a much more thorough discussion of cast removal techniques is available in the OANDP-L Archives, which is accessible at <URL Redacted> . Specifically, the responses posted on 12/18/00 by Ed Skewes. This URL should show those responses:

If anyone has found another supplier of these buffer strips, I would like to know about it.
Thank you.
