Dear Mr. Bracedude
well, here my word treatment meant, a Rehab. plane through which patient
had gone through for a long time.
I am working in a Rehab. hospital where Rehab. plane would mean different
approaches of treatment, e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, as well
as other medical treatment like Botox injection, or Baclofin etc. Here in
this case the patient was given Botox injection followed by serial casting
and physiotherapy.
A team discussion for each patient is done and an appropriate treatment plan
is tailored ( I believe we do the same as any other Rehab.centre do in other
parts of the world). And of course the result varies from case to case. This
what we do to treat ( what you call FIXING BRAINS)such patients.we do not
use such terminology ( FIXING BRIANS) in our medical reports or in patient
file notes.
I have used the term Treatment in my question, so that one could have
some idea of the patient for whom tibial torsion brace was needed. I do
not like writing the whole case history of the patient. because my
intention was to get some idea about the designs of orthosis.
I hope this clarifies my original question.

How were you able to treat the childs spasticity? In order to make
spasticity
to go away you would have had to fix their brain, that is where
spasticity
originates from.
