Text:
On Sunday, June 3, 2001, O&P industry professionals from across the nation
will gather in Washington, DC for the AOPA Policy Forum. We need your
participation to ensure that the legislative and regulatory issues
important
to our profession receive the full attention of legislators.
Congress listens to its constituents! If you've never told Congress about
your needs as an O&P professional, here's your chance. During the forum,
you'll learn about the issues that affect your profession and how to
communicate your point of view effectively. The meeting includes a course
on how to lobby, information on legislative activity on Capitol Hill that
affects O&P, and visits to your representatives and senators. The cost of
this Forum is subsidized by AOPA. Academy members and employees of AOPA
member companies pay only $150 for the full program.
So click the link below to view the information and register. The deadline
for the Early Bird Rate has been extended through Friday, May 4, so
register
today!! I look forward to seeing you in Washington, DC at the Policy Forum
