PT Masters in L. E. Orthotics?!?!?!

I was contacted today by a local physical therapist who wanted to borrow
my Atlas of Orthotics. She said she is currently getting her Masters in
Lower Extremity Orthotics and was having trouble finding the book. (a
required text) She said it was through the University of Indianapolis.
Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? What would a PT do with such a
degree? (other than an Orthotists job) I wonder if they are also
offering a Masters in Prosthetics to Physical Therapists. Hmmmm...

A Masters degree in O&P would certainly make a Physical Therapist more
qualified than you or I to provide custom Orthotic and Prosthetic
devices. Anyone with half a brain can see that. How many of you
practitioners out there have your masters? I know I don't.
