At the VA Medical Center (prosthetics) in Minneapolis. For individuals interested in entering the prosthetics industry there is a position open through Volunteer Services where one can learn needed skills to become a prosthetic technician or prosthetist. After one year the position remains unfilled and yet almost 50% of the work force at the VA Medial Center is volunteer.
