As part of the ISPO World Congress, I will be presenting the orthotist
view during SY29: Orthotic intervention in stroke management. So I
can provide a more worldly view during my presentation, I would like
some feedback from the orthotists on the list server. Can you please
take the time to answer the following questions. Please reply directly
to me and not the whole list server.

Country?

Urban or rural?

ISPO Category I or Category II training?

How soon after the stroke do you provide an orthosis?

Do you usually provide the orthosis in the acute hospital, rehab
hospital, or as out patient?

What are the most common types of lower limb orthoses that you provide?

How much therapy does the patient receive after the orthosis is
delivered?

Do you use any type of tone inhibition modifications and do they work?

If you want to make any other comments in your response please feel free
to do so. I will post the results of this survey after the Congress
in July.

Thank you in advance.
