to external entities for the purpose of promoting and articulating ABC
policies and programs.
5. As determined by the board of directors, may serve as board liaison
to one or more ABC committees. In this capacity, the director would serve
as the principal medium between the board and the committee(s) to assure an
effective linkage which supports the work of the committee.

chairperson of committees, task forces or other work groups that are
chartered with the oversight of ABC programs or the development of specific
policies, procedures or initiatives.
