I have a right transfemoral patient that builds motorcycles for a living.
He wants to continue riding even though he lost his leg about a year ago
from a cycle accident. I need help finding an existing knee unit that will
allow for locking that would maintain an approximate passive 75degree flexed
position while he sits on the cycle. He will be riding a custom cycle with
(forward controls). If there is a modifiable knee joint I would like to
know about it, or if you may know some one that might recommend a practical
modification to his cycle that he could try we would greatly appreciate that
also.
Thank you for your time, respectfully Kevin Garrison C.P.,L.P.
