Text:

Hello folks, here we go again.

John Brinkman, you are right on target, for the most part. Period. Randy,
show me a study that supports tone reduction as a quantifiable issue. I have
yet to see one. On the other hand Randy, don't get too upset because I see
what you contribute on this forum in other ways, and I am impressed. This is
just my believe. Tone reduction is best accomplished by accommodation -- am
I not right Beverly? -- and positioning. In other words -- as once was
relayed to me by a valued colleague -- you can't make a silk purse out of a
sow's ear. Accordingly, you must determine the point wherein tone (or range
of motion) becomes a deforming entity and provide a mechanism for keeping the
unacceptable position from occurring. In essence, it is all about
accommodation and balance (from the floor up to the point of balance.)

Best regards,

Wil Haines, CPO
