Steven...... I commend you for stepping forward with your opinions and
especially your efforts to get your FL colleagues and others to make their
concerns known!!

Your closing paragraph above is certainly what a meaningful State Licensure
Laws, as well as Federal Legislation should be all about:

Protecting the Integrity of our Profession and the Consumers who depend on
the quality of our care!
