The Barr Foundation has been asked(see below) to help a bilateral amputee
locate prosthetic assistance in Russia-I will determine the exact location
of this indivsual, but information of an agency( Red Cross,VVF,etc.) or
prosthetist in Russia that may help this young man become prosthetically
rehabilitated with components possibly donated by the Barr Foundation would
be a start.
