Hello
This post concerns the type of breathing protection people are using when
grinding carbon fiber or when using a high concentration of chemicals such
as thinners or adhesives. Presently we have respirators that cover the nose
and mouth, and they can be fitted with different types of cartridges. We
want to replace our present ones and I would like to know what people are
using. Also when dealing with carbon fiber, should we be using a full face
type respirator? Some of the people I've talked to are using a high quality
dust mask when they have to grind carbon fibre. Any information would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks
