Hello List-members,
Does anyone have guidelines as to how much an average CPO should be able to
generate in billing for a practice (or cash receipts), how about an above
average practitioner? We have guidelines for patient satisfaction,
fabrication, fitting, education, etc. but in a private practice environment
it would be nice some productivity numbers to go by to help reward the ones
that go the extra distance.
Are there different numbers or formulas for CO or CP?
Thanks.
