You might remember my inquiries about the CAPP TD. A prosthesis was fitted
for each of the children with the CAPP TD. The child with the AE prosthesis
had had nothing but problems with the CAPP even after extensive training.
The child doesn't like the CAPP but his parents are happy with it. The light
spring was used in his CAPP and he still is having great difficultly in
using the CAPP. Also he is complaining about the appearance of the CAPP and
says he wants a normal looking hand.

The BE child is doing quite well with her CAPP. She has the medium spring in
her CAPP and has adjusted to it quite well. Her training has consisted of
working with markers and taking the lids off of the markers, handling toys
and the like. She is making great progress and has accepted the CAPP quite
well.

I never thought that appearance would be an issue with the CAPP.
