Paul,
Sounds like your in need of a compression burn garment. Although I usually
use an elastic material for better air circulation to the affected area, I
suppose neoprene would work also. I usually get my garments from
Barton-Carey in Ohio. Sorry, the number is at the office. Call me at
281.893.6995 and I'll get it for you.

Hi! Paul
I don't know about a neoprene wrap for burns, but there are some other
products available that should have the same effect. I am assumiong that the
burn is needing to be covered to prevent keloid formation? It all depends on
the extent of the burn area & degree as well I guess. Smith&Nephew have some
very good products available especially in their Rolyan range. There is
also the Cica-care silicone as well as Elasto-Gel products available
from them. Your best bet would be to contact them directly. I think your
closest contact would be their HQ in Germantown, WI on phone:- 1 414 251
7840.
Good luck. I can't give you any more info than that as I am sitting in South
Africa at present. I hope you come right with some more information. It
would be nice to hear some other responses as well.

Mite be the stuff Silipos has. They advertise it to help reduce scarring.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think the most appropriate covering would be a Jobst garment. This product
is custom made and specifically designed for burn scar management. Email me
back if you need more info.
Thanks again.
