Does anyone know whether the sale of SOGI by Hanger to Otto Bock has taken
place yet? It was announced (the letter of intent) early in November, with a
target date of December 1, but as of a week ago, it still wasn't completed.
To date, I have seen no announcement that it is a done deal. Does anyone know
what is holding it up? Is it just technicalities, or is there a major problem?

I notice the stock has fallen to $1. At that price, it seems like a good
investment, in spite of the debt-service burden. But I wonder if the
continued fall down to $1 reflects inside knowledge about the SOGI deal
falling through? Anyone KNOW anything? (Please don't answer if you only know
gossip. Thanks.)

I asked on Yahoo's HGR bulletin board, but those guys don't appear to know.
(They only want to fight each other.) :-(

Thanks, in advance, for the information.

David
