Hello list members:
We are in the beginning stages of designing a new facility for the home
office. Our goal is to have all operations (clinical, fabrication, billing,
administration, etc.) on one level. We have about 20 employees including
seven practitioners. The majority of our fabrication is done in-house. We do
a pretty even mix of O&P. We expect the building will approach 10,000 sq. ft.
If you have gone through this process recently and would like to share any
unique design layouts, construction methods/materials, financing or pitfalls
that you have experienced, then please reply. Is there anything you included
in your design that you are especially proud of? If you had it do over, what
would you do differently? Did you hire a professional architect? If so, was
he/she worth it? I would be most appreciative and interested in what you have
to say.
Thanks in advance,
Troy Fink, C.O.
