Please can anyone help.
I am interested to know if children with congenital absence (birth injury) of distal phalanges of a couple of fingers of one hand (non dominant) - virtually normal ROM & sensation otherwise and therefore normal function, will use finger prostheses - or discard them as more trouble than they are worth.
Has any research been done or does anyone have any experience that they can tell me about?
Thanks
