Text:

I am interested in how everyone who uses cranial molding helmets or other
plagiocephaly devices whether cfabbed or made in house determine the success
of the device. How often do you follow the patients? Do you follow with
the physician or on your own? What measurements do you take and when? How
many patients do you see? Do you practice privately or with an
organization?

Due to the FDA ruling on these devices, please carefully weigh your
responses. I don't want to know if you are trying to get around the ruling
or not. I'm only interested in techniques for determining outcome. And,
for now, I think it best for me to keep any replies completely confidential.

Thanks for your help.
