Hi All
Now that the last Flexibility Stability (R-Wrap AFO's) course for the year
has ended, we have set our goal on doing a B/K socket course next year. The
course would be on the VGAP, variable geometry A/P socket using a flexible,
patient adjustable posterior wall.
I would like to do a Beta course in early February.
1. It would be limited to five prosthetists; the selection would be solely
at our discretion
2. Need a brief description of your OandP background
3. Describe why you would be a good Beta Candidate for this course
4. Participants would cover their own travel and living expenses
5. There would be no charge for the course
6. It would cover one and half days.
7. It would cover special modification, anti-rotation A/P, PTPC, and new
trims lines on posterior wall of socket.
8. It would also cover new fitting and alignments techniques for B/Ks
9. All or part of the course would be videotape and or photographed,
participants would have to agree to this.
10. Participants would have no copyright rights to the course, and would
have to sign agreement to that effective.
11. The cut off date would be mid December.
