I've been contacted by a mother whose 14 year old, 95 lb, 51' daughter has
multidirectional instability in her left shoulder. She can dislocate while
just sitting at her desk at school. The situation is complicated by the
fact that she has also developed RSD in the left arm.

Her rate of dislocation has been increasing of late and the mother is hoping
to locate some sort of orthotic support.

I'm thinking that something along the lines of a hemi-arm support might work
but I'm not aware of anyone who makes one in juvenile/pediatric sizes.

Any suggestions?
