The Men's 200m T42 (transfemoral) semifinal was cancelled today due to
someone dropping out, leaving exactly 8 lanes.... one of those lanes will be
taken by the Ukranian with two anatomical legs. The finals will be held on
Tommorrow evening. Let's hope all three medals in that race go to the boys
wearing carbon fiber running shoes! I spoke with one of the US coaches, and
the individuals classification had been challenged, but it doesn't look like
much will happen. I am not sure who dropped out, but here is the list of
men that would have competed in the semifinal today and will be competeing
in the final tomorrow, including their season's best. One of them has
dropped out, but we won't know who till Tomorrow.
