Ossur Icex suspension sleeve is very durable and can last up to 1 year.

Ossur makes a really tough one.

The most durable sleeve I have found is the ICEFLEX ENDURANCE by Iceross.
You will still be lucky to get more than 4/5 months out of it though.

I have found that the ICEFLEX from Osseur works well. You may find it a
little expensive in comparison to other sleeves but well worth the
money. This sleeve is very durable and the clients love the grip from
the inner lining and the colour. Just an option...
Good luck!

I have tried many types of sleeves with little success. The longest
lasting
sleeves I have found so far are the Alps sleeves. They come in various
thickness from 2mm. to 6mm. The 6mm sleeves are in my opinion are too
thick
if you get the ones with the nylon cover on them. They come in a 4mm thick
size that works well or you can get the uncovered ones in 6mm that work
the
best. The thin 2mm ones do not bend as well at the knee but are the
easiest
to don. Hope this helps .

The suspension sleeves produced by New Options in Dallas, TX are excellent,
priced right, and last twice as long as others due to a second layer of
Lycra in the stress areas. Their telephone number is 800-872-5488. Please
contact Heather Vroegop, and tell her I referred you. I hope this is
helpful
to you.

For more active individuals, I have had the best success with pre-flexed
suspension sleeves like the Iceflex Endurance from Iceross. For lower
activity levels, believe it or not, nylon suspension sleeves like those
from
JUZO have worked quite well.
Hope this helps.

I have found that the Ossur brand silicone suction sleeve lasts over 4 times
as long as the Alpha (Alpo).
