Numerous suggestions were received concerning codes for bivalve PTB AFO:
L1960 solid ankle AFO
L2820 soft interface for BK section
L2340 pretib shell
L2350 PTB socket
The pretib shell extends from knee to the toes and the BK socket is
designed per established norms.
For the bivalve AFO one would delete L2350.
