I stand corrected (Re: Fla O&P Law)
Text:
I was under the impression that the ortho-techs or cast techs that we are
all familiar with, referred to orthopedic technician or cast technician, not
technologist as pointed out by Mr. Baracas. I guess thats the beauty of this
open forum, to inform and educate all who subscribe.
I also got the impression from the rest of his comments, that I chose the
wrong educational pathway to provide my services. I guess (according to Mr.
Baracas) the bulk of orthotic care has been historically provided by these
folks, and we Orthotists just get a few crumbs of work here and there.
Perhaps I should attend his school and truly learn how to work it, I mean do
my work.... (yeah right)
