Many shooters modify their guns to suit their particular needs..

Here's a suggestion:

1) have the gun modified to use a camera style cable release to press the
trigger, placed on the fore piece of the shotgun.. (The place where your
non-trigger hand goes.)

2) Then, using just the righ shoulder and hand, he can aim and fire the
gun.

If your shooter is a leftie.. It may be necessary to fashion a shoulder pad
for the gun to rest on.. This might be done with the type of shell you would
use as the basis of a shoulder disarticulation prosthesis, with no arm
attached. The same trigger release mechanism might also be used.

There is a one hander turkey shoot in Texas, each year.. Many of the
members of that group may be able to offer assistance.
