Title:
Recycling Polypro, Polyethylene & Copoly
Text:
If your P&O location is similar to mine it is and has always been very
difficult to find recyclers which will take P&O plastic waste. Most of this,
if not all, has gone to dump around the country where it will be about
1,000,000 years or so before it breaks down.
I have the opportunity to do something about this problem and I'm curious to
find out if anyone else out there would like to get involved.
What you would need to do, if you are interested, is ship your waste to me,
separated in boxes with only similar plastics in each. Only polypro scraps
in one box, only polyethylene in another, etc. What ever is in the box
should be labeled on the outside of the box. You would be responsible for
the shipping costs to me.
I will invest in the machinery (IF THERE ARE ENOUGH PEOPLE WILLING TO GET
INVOLVED) sort and store all the waste, process it, package it and send it to
recyclers.
This is not a money maker, in fact it will cost me and you a little, but I
believe it is a good thing to do for future generations.
If you are willing to try to make a difference please contact me at
<Email Address Redacted> or call me at 1 800-flo-tech (356-8324).
Thank you.
