Esteemed colleagues,

I have a client/patient who is a 15-year old boy with PFFD,
Symes-style amputation. The distal end of his residual limb
is approximately 2 below his sound side anatomical knee
center and is exactly 14 from the floor.

Can somebody recommend a polycentric, hydraulic knee and
energy storing foot combination that will fit in this 14
space? This young gentleman is extremely active and has
raipdly worn out several prostheses made for him by another
facility. I'm anxious to do better.

Any advice or information you could provide would be
extremely helpful. Thank you in advance for your assistance
with this matter!
