Eddie,
We just did one of those for a woman with a 46 degree contracture (Right
BKA). Similar circumstances as far as discomfort from mild stretching. It
failed miserably. I think mainly due to patient compliance. The woman is now
getting an ortho consult to see if it can be surgically reduced.
