Here are the responses to my question about the Milwaukee Brace Movie.
Thanks to all who responded:

John: I am guessing that Charles Hall, CO, Orthotic Prosthetic Center,
Milwaukee, 414-527-8059 may have knowledge of this film. For many
years,
until Dr. Blount's death, Charles received many referrals from Dr.
Blount
and his group for spinal orthotics. Ed Roman, CP

call northwestern O and P, i say this movie when i was in school.
****************
Check with a fellow who was involved with the Milwaukee brace, William
barrels.C.O. , he lives in Gaston Oregon and is in the phone book or
call
directory assistance he has allot of information on the brace and would
be
glad to share it with you.Trace Klein R.T.P.

I'll bet Ralph Storrs would know. He was very close to Dr. Blount in
those
days. He ran Pope Brace Company, which made a lot of Milwaukee
components.
You can contact him through Ralph Storrs, Inc. in Kankakee. It is a
division
of Hanger Orthopedic Group. Ralph is now retired and lives about 50
miles
south of you as a gentleman farmer, but he is very friendly and I know
he
would be glad to talk with you.
If you do talk to him, say hi to him for me, please.

John,
Some of that material is hard to come by today. I worked with Tom
Bidwell
who physically wrote the Milwaukee Brace book but was unable to get a
copy.
Tom has one copy that he guards. He never mentioned the earlier film
but
often spoke of producing an instructional film - I don't think it ever
happened.
I don't have Tom's contact info - he's retired now living 50 miles north
of
Milwaukee. He worked for what is now Hangar-Milwaukee. If the national
office doesn't have contact info, they might.
Harold Anderson, CO

I trained with Tom Bidwell he was the orthotist who worked with Dr.
Blount &
Dr. Moe I have made in excess of 700 Milwaukee braces. Any questions you
have I
should be able to help you with.
