Just a tech question here...
Does anyone have any tips on adhesives to use when resoling shoes/boots
with lifts added. In particular, I have had some problems with work
boots that have oil resistant soles. We typically cut the sole, then
smear shoe goo on both the sole and and the boot, let it dry, roughen
it, then use Barge (contact cement) to add the crepe/EVA lift. This
works most of the time, but does anyone have any better solutions?
