To O&P facility owners... what is your experience in outsourcing your
Accounts Receivable efforts?
At what point do you turn accounts over to a collections company? Thus
far, we have only turned over accts. when we've almost lost hope of
collecting, but our A/R person gets inundated and is unable to handle
everything on a timely basis.
I am in So. Cal. and would like any ideas you've found successful and
recommendations you have including collection agencies experienced in our
field.
