I have been referred a 76 yo with a rigid torticollis ( 2 yr history)
* pressure area on medial 1/3 clavicle - 4cm x 3cm - caused by chin
* currently on NG feeds due to inability to swallow
* not a surgical candidate
* currently RIB @ all times
* family not keen on halo / head tongs traction
* potential pressure areas over shoulder girdle, mandible
Can anyone suggest Orthotic Management?
